Up for auction today is an Original
1994 Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
"PROMO" Poster in Excellent Condition! This Awesome poster measures 20" x 20" and was
sent to record store for Promotional purposes and was not available for sale. Large stores were sent dozens for 3D display builds while small stores were sent one or two.
This 27yr old poster came from Tracks
Records - Bloomington (Indiana University) IN. They had a small interior display set up the night before the release date of March 8th, 1994.
I inquired with the sales staff about getting a poster when the display was taken down. I left my name & sometime in summer of 1994 the display was taken down & thankfully a few posters were
waiting for me when I came back into the store. Poster has been stored
in a poster tube in a temperature controlled storage unit since the summer of 1994. Now its time for another fan to have it...
Condition:
There are 3 items to note on this print:
1: Corners have tape marks/pin holes from being displayed in the store.
2: Bottom L corner tip is missing (Pic #2)
3: Upper L Corner has a crease (Pic #3)
Based on Condition, I am giving this Poster an 8 out of 10.
