    Description

Good day! This listing is for a virtually mint condition lithograph poster from the May 30th and 31st, 2005 Nine Inch Nails shows at Soma in San Diego on their spring club tour of that same year. Measurements: 17"x22.5". These shows were all in very intimate, small capacity venues and were a gritty, stripped down reintroduction to the brand after a five year hiatus by Trent to successfully obtain sobriety and come back swinging. The shows this poster represents in San Diego were the last two shows of this tour. Trent gave his heart out at these shows to prove that Nine Inch Nails were still a force in the industry and the brand has stayed more than relevant to this day off the heels of this comeback. F*cking congrats, Trent, genuinely.
If you were fortunate enough to be at any of these shows, you know just what I mean; and if you missed out on your chance for a keepsake from the show, here's your opportunity to get a piece of time back for display at your home!
The cool glitchy artwork was done by Rob Sheridan, creative director for the band back then.
The condition is listed above, but just to restate: this poster is in virtually mint condition. 9.5+/10. Kept flat and not rolled up in a cool, dark, smoke free environment. I am the original and only owner. Check out the detailed pictures. I use coin collector magnifiers on the corners for the photos. This lithograph/poster is seventeen years old but looks fresh off the press. I'm a collector just like you and maintain all of my collections' meticulously. I also tag each and every one of my listing photographs with a physical item that includes my eBay handle on it like the index card shown here; beware of sellers that do not use this practice and/or use production pictures from the internet in their listings, that's just sketchy in my opinion, and possibly means that they either don't have the item in hand, or that it won't match the description they've given of it in the listing.
Price point is set to what I personally think is fair for a poster in this condition that you could only get for two nights at a ticketed event seventeen years ago; I'm sorry if you disagree. NIN has been a passion of mine for thirty years now and I've spent enough to send a couple of Trent's kids through a few semesters of college so please save your time with any hate messages you may have for me lol. In fact, the entire reason I'm willing to sell this poster is because I'm currently trying to recuperate funds from purchasing a bunch of NIN tickets for this mini tour coming up in September. Thusly, I will reluctantly part ways with some items I've collected in the past to do so. If they sell, cool, and if they don't, I'm totally fine with keeping this poster in my collection as well.
I just want to make sure this poster finds a good, deserving home: give me your sob story as to why you didn't get one at the show with your offer, and I'm more than willing to work with you. That's why there's a "best offer" for you to make. I'm not some monster, nor do I buy memorabilia to resale. I pick things up, I am a collector, and things, well things, they tend to accumulate. Because of this, sometimes you have to let a few things go, if need be. This price point also reflects my attempt to deter someone from purchasing for the sole means of reselling themselves. And as stated above, this money is going back in to grease the finely tuned engine known as "The" Nine Inch Nails.
I've been a trusted member of eBay since 2003, somehow even LONGER than this poster has existed, which is sort of crazy when I think about it. I guarantee quality product and service. Please ask me anything you'd like about any of my listings, and also please check out my other listings. I'll be putting up more than a few of these nifty NINerorbilia items in the coming days. Everything will be packaged and shipped carefully and professionally, and posters will be shipped with all the love in the world in sturdy poster tubes with divider paper.
I hope you got tickets for at least one of these shows in September if not one of the multitude of festivals they're playing as well. Don't forget to grab a poster when you go, if you did, so that you don't find yourself searching for it on eBay nearly two decades later...winky face...
